Taisha is the co-owner of Chilly Billy Heating & Cooling, trading a background in hospitality and the spa industry for hands-on work alongside her husband from day one: helping with installs, duct cleaning, and answering every call. A wife and mom first, she now leads the team behind the scenes, bringing that same warm hospitality to every home they serve.

Trisha is our Customer Success Manager, bringing more than seven years of HVAC and plumbing experience to the Chilly Billy family. As our go-to solutions manager, she leads the CSR team, keeps our techs and customers connected every step of the way, and has lightened the load for both Taisha and Chris in the office. Juan is Chilly Billy's lead service technician, raised on the pride-in-your-craft work ethic he learned watching his dad weld at Universal, and he doesn't leave a repair, tune-up, or system call until it's done right. Off the clock, he's all about faith, family, and his girlfriend, the things that keep him grounded every day.

Josh brings deep HVAC experience, a great head on his shoulders, and sharp attention to detail to every service call, and since moving from Naples to Orlando a year ago, he's fully embraced Central Florida life.
