Found Chilly Billy reviews (4.9 today’s date) after another company’s salesman pressure started us at $35k financed for new AC. Researched more online. Maybe I could’ve gotten a tiny bit cheaper deal with our Chilly Willy cash purchase at around $25k less than previous quote, but after seeing what was done wrong to my original system, I prefer professionals with a backup included for 2 years. They actually spent the amount of time (a day’s work) needed for the job to be done correctly. Kudos to Chris for the completely low-pressure sale, and Victor for fully-informed installation! Andrew came to help us diagnose a problem with our A/C not turning on. He quickly found the root cause in the electrical wiring, recommended a solution, explained everything along the way and provided fair pricing. As a new homeowner it’s daunting to find great technicians and professionals, but the full team at Chilly Billy put us at ease and provided great value. We’ll definitely be reaching back out the next time we have a problem.

We recently renovated our home and had Top Tech Air Solutions perform the work. It was an all new air system including permitting, ducts, UV filter, thermostat and A/C unit. Their work was excellent and they followed up with us. They even provide maintenance! I highly recommend 👌🏽

Excellent service and great customer interaction. ...Andrew took my air conditioner apart and washed it inside and out. He went way and above the traditional service. What a great company and they need to give Andrew a raise. Love the service!!! Trisha in the office is so professional and kind. She keeps her word and returns calls swiftly. All I can say is that Chilly Billy is an honest and reasonable company and I am glad I am a customer 😊.

I had a great experience with Chilly Bill and wanted to give a shoutout to Andrew, the technician who came out. From the moment he arrived he was very respectful, put on shoe covers before coming inside without being asked, which I really appreciated. Andrew was friendly, honest, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn't pressure me to buy anything I don't truly need. He did mentioned that on the next visit, he'll double-check a few things just to make sure everything continues running at its best. I mentioned that my thermostat doesn't have an auto feature to switch between heat and AC. He confirmed my thermostat doesn't have that auto feature, walked me through my options and gave me a fair detailed quote without any pressure to buy. Overall, I'm really happy with the service. Andrew made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
